  • How long does it take my order to ship?
  1. Our average order fulfillment time is 1-3 business day, with a 3-7 day shipping time. We ship Monday through Friday. Holiday shipping can increase the time it takes to fulfill your order, for more information you can read our detailed shipping information here.
  • How do I track my order?
  1. You will have received an email with your tracking # sent to the email on your order. If you are having an issue tracking your order feel free to contact us here.
  2. To track your order simply login @ yhr-global.com using your email and password >> select orders and click the order you wish to track. Your tracking number will be listed here.

  • Who do I contact if there is an issue with my order?
  1. For general Amazon questions, you can call Amazon’s customer support number at (888) 280-4331.

  2. You can also “Contact seller” directly from the orders page while logged into your amazon.com account, and our customer service will be happy to respond back to you within 24 hours.

  3. AMAZON PRIME SHIPMENTS: questions on orders fulfilled by Amazon Prime can only be answered by the amazon team, you may contact them here.
